Our Policies

Thank you for taking the time to visit and read our policy page! This is very important information for our pet & show potential buyers. This will explain our general policies, pet policies,health guarantee, visitors, and pricing. We will assume all inquiries have read prior to contacting us.

GENERAL POLICES...

  • We do not sell rabbits under 8 weeks. No exceptions.

  • You must be 18 or older to purchase our rabbits. Must be accompanied by an adult/ guardian otherwise.

  • We do not sell "EASTER BUNNIES" or rabbits for any other holiday event. We shut down 3 days before & after              [ie.Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter, & Thanksgiving]

  • If holding, 50% non-refundable deposit is REQUIRED within a 3 day period. We accept: Cash, Money Orders, and Paypal ONLY. No Checks.

  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. We assign a pick up day prior to the deposit being placed, but if the buyer is a no-show, does not notify, or refuses to pay for extra care, rabbit will be placed back up for sale. Buyer will forfeit their non-refutable deposit.

  • I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a sale at any time.

  • We are a CLOSED Rabbitry.  We do not allow visitors. So please, do not ask. We are happy to meet our customers at a local location or at shows. We enjoyed letting visitors tour our barn, but after several visitors with poor etiquette , we are closing our doors for the safety of our family! Furry & Non-furry! We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

 

PET POLICIES...
What sets us apart from the local pet store or "average joe" breeder? We are always striving to put together an animal that is healthy, structurally sound, and good tempered. We have zero tolerance for aggressive behavior in our herd. All of our rabbits are raised with the expectation that they will one day be place on the show table. They are handled and socialized from the day they are born to the day they leave our rabbitry.

 

  • When you purchase one of our rabbits, you purchase lifetime assistance & advice.

  • Our rabbits will include: a small bag of transition feed, care recommendations, & nails trimmed.

  • We only offer BUCKS as pets.

  • We will not refund or replace any rabbits after 3 days of sale. We are not responsible for the following:  ie. mishandling,drastic change of diet, extreme weather conditions,failure to notify about problem...

  • We do not allow the sale of rabbit in pairs. Bonding is possible, however, we have seen rabbits seriously injured or dead after bonded rabbits decided they not longer accepted their partner. We opt out of chancing an expensive or fatal experience with any of our rabbits. 

  • Pedigrees are not included!

  • If you find that you can no longer care for your pet, we are happy to take back any rabbits during their lifetime. We ask that their equipment be provided. 

  • Please bring something suitable to carry your rabbit home with at pick up.

 

HEALTH GUARANTEE...
We are allowing a 3 day grace period for health. You must notify us as soon as you suspect something is wrong with your rabbit.  If introducing our stock to yours or another pet rabbit, we recommend quarantining them for a minimum of 2 weeks. Preferably 4 weeks. Without proper quarantine, the health guarantee is void.

 

VISITORS...
We really wish we could invite people over like we use to. We had several  bad rounds of poor rabbitry etiquette, that we feel it's better for our family and our rabbits that we meet at local locations or at shows. It's simply not appropriate for parents to bring small and allow their children to
poke, pull, induce stress and feed foreign objects. We are not a petting zoo and take our hobby seriously. For regular updated and photos of our rabbitry and rabbits, please visit our Facebook page!

Pet: $60

Brood: $60-$300

Show: $60-$400
